See The Benefits of Regular Exercise

The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are too good to ignore. Everyone that exercises benefits from it, regardless the age, sex or physical ability or capability.

Exercise and physical activities are a great way to feel better, boost your health and have great fun.

Here are the things you can get from exercising or engaging in some physical activities.

1. Exercise Controls Weight
Exercise helps to control excess weight and also to maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories in your body. The more intense the activity gets, the more calories you burn.
To enjoy and see the benefits of your visiting the gym,  get more active throughout the day, walk some miles etc. to stretch your joints and muscles. Even if you are too tight to visit the gym so often, you'll be happy at the results.

2. Exercise Improves Mood
Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may make you feel happier and more relaxed.
You may also feel better about your appearance and self consciousness when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and may as well improve your self-esteem.


3. Exercise Supplies Energy
Regular physical activity improves the muscle strength and could as well boost your endurance.
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to body tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And, when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

4. Exercise Promotes Better Sleep
Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. But if you exercise when it's almost/close to bedtime, you may be too filled with energy heed the nature call.

5. Exercise Improves Libido
Regular physical activity improves energy levels and physical appearance, which may (in turn) boost your sex life. Exercise enables blood flow into the body tissues which can enhance a better sex performance.
There's even more to it than that. Regular physical activity also enhances arousal for women. Men who
exercise regularly are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise at all.

6. Exercise is a Source of Inspiration
Studies show that most people perform better on workouts when paired up with some other workout buddies.  Even, being part of a team is really powerful that it can actually arouse athletes’ tolerances for pain . Even beginners can inspire each other to push harder during a sweat session. Getting a workout buddy can really help you get moving!

7. Exercise is Fun!
Exercise and physical activity can be fun most times. It offers the chance to enjoy the time spent outdoors.  Physical activity can also
help you connect faster with family or friends in a social setting.

Find a physical activity you enjoy, and just do it. If you feel bored, then try something new, or do something motivating with your friends.

Try to engage yourself in a some  vigorous or moderate aerobic exercises, such as running, jogging, walking or swimming. Lift weights, or do some body weight exercises.

Do NOT forget to consult your doctor when starting a new exercise program, especially if you haven't exercised for long or you have some serious  health challenges like heart diseases, diabetes or arthritis, or you have any concerns on.
